Posted on 20/6/09 I depends on what you kind of fruit pizza you are making. A strawberry glaze is simple. One jar of seed strawberry preserves melted in a small sauce pan. Let cool slightly brush on with pastry brush.
Try making a simple syrup 1 part water to 2 parts sugar. Heat in sauce pan until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool add in extract of choice, maybe black cherry, banana, or pineapple. Or when you heat the simple toss in the rind of an orange, lemon or lime. |
