Posted on 5/6/09 Sry I'm a newbie; Is it ok to ask question for help. Have shift over for BBQ and want to make cornbread, Anyone have a recipe for cornbread that can be made in a large pan ie for 30ppl.

Posted on 20/6/09 Unlike other baking using corn flour is very unforgiving. If you have a recipe you like just adjust the amounts (double, triple, etc) to get to the desired portions. personally I like the Moosewood version of cornbread it is easy. I usually 1/2 the recipe and it come out great.
