So the question is, chicken or beef? Obviously, certain factors have to come into play when people are measuring the worth of the ingredients. Some may have been raised eating only chickenor beef to begin with (kosher, etc.) which btw, I have no experience with the jewish religion so I'm not sure if that really applies. I'm just voicing ideas here to provoke thought. They may have been shopping at a store that had subpar beef or chicken and thus have a preference for one or the other based on that. However, assuming that you weren't on an island and capable of producing any other ingredients or spices into a dish, I would have to say chicken is more diverse in the ways it can be prepared. However, I along with others just prefer the taste of beef. Here is a more interesting question to ask yourself. Which one do y'all enjoy cooking more? Is one more fun than the other? Better smell? Comment and let me know, shoot me a message if you have a recipe you want me to try either beef or chicken to sway me one side or the other!

Suppose you had to eat either chicken or beef for the rest of your life. Which would you choose?
