Alison's Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

Directions
Balsamic vinaigrette a la Alison, my mom:Stir together Dijon and vinegar in a small jar. Add olive oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly. The mustard and whisking help emulsify for a beautiful texture. If it tastes to mustardy for your liking, add a little more vinegar and or/oil. Shake before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon vegan Dijon mustard 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 3-4 tablespoon olive oil
