Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Then blend apple and maple syrup till it forms a nice smooth mushy mass. Add butter. Add liquid to dry mixture and mix to form a homogeneous whole. Scoop spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet or non-stick flat pans (e.g. pizza pan) and flatten to a 1/4" thickness. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Cool on rack.Enjoy!
