Skin and pit the avocado and chop into chunksCut up tomato into chunksPeel the cucumber and chop into chunks alsoAdd the black and green olivesAdd the onion to your own taste Pour dressing over top (I use Newman's Own balsamic vinegarette) Yummy!You should eat this in a couple of days because the avocado gets brown and mushy
