Directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Add honey, eggs, oil and juice; mix well. Fold in apples, nuts and raisins. Spoon into greased and floured angel food cake tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until top springs back when lightly pressed. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or plain. - 1 tsp. soda
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 3/4 c. raw honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 1/2 c. grated apple
- 1 1/2 c. walnuts
- chopped
- Raisins as desired
