Apple Cake Vi Recipe

Directions
Boil 5 minutes. Spread on top and sides of cake.
Ingredients
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
- 3 c. apples
- Sift twice the flour
- soda
- salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add oil and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add flour
- mix well. Add pecans and apples. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- --SAUCE:--
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
