Directions
In large skillet, heat oil then add onion andcelery. Cook until tender about 5-7 minutes. Pourinto a casserole and add vegan bread cubes. Addremaining ingredients and toss making sure all thebread in soaked in broth. Bake in oven about 45minutes at 350 degrees.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup minced onion 3/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup oil 4 cups soft vegan bread cubes (I use whole wheat bread) 1 1/2 cups chopped apple 1/3 cup raisins 1 cup vegetable broth salt and pepper to taste
