Directions
Combine all above ingredients in a bowl and stir! Feel free to switch up the kinds of nuts- cashews or peanuts instead of almonds. For a sweeter salad, add 1/8 cup of sugar. I always end up adding garlic, too, because I have addiction issues with garlic. Feel free to add drained, firm tofu to the mix, but I would drain it and pre-marinade it in the dressing ingredients.

- shredded 4 green onions
- chopped 1 cup slivered almonds
- toasted 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds 3 tablespoon dark sesame oil 3 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon grated ginger
