Asian Tofu Sandwich Recipe

Directions
Mix everything but veggies together as marinade (if youdon't have a non-stick pan, leave out the oil and use it inpan). Marinade tofu slices for 10 minutes or so. Saute overmed/med-high (I like mine nice and brown), spooningremaining marinade over and under as you flip. Toast vegan bread and serve with lettuce and tomato. Preparation time: 10 min
Ingredients
- vegan bread or bun
- toasted extra firm tofu
- drained and sliced into patties (freezing makes it firmer) 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 clove garlic
- or 1 teaspoon powdered dash sesame or other oil (but sesame is sooo good) handful sesame seeds red pepper flakes to taste 1 teaspoon ginger
- fresh or powdered dash rice vinegar (optional) tomatoes and lettuce or sprouts
