Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.Sift flour together with salt, baking powder, and vegan sugar in a mixing bowl. Add in the apple sauce. Add the soy milk gradually to make soft dough. Place a teaspoon of the dough in small non-stick muffin pan. Place over this a marshmellow, some shredded dates, and chopped nuts. Bake at 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, until brown.
