Directions
cut banana peel lengthwise and open, sprinkle vegan chocolate chips on both sides place in a baking pan and bake at 375 for about 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Don't worry about the peel getting dark or burnt. Sprinkle with coconut and enjoy!Variation: add peanut butter chips.
