Break up banana into microwave safe bowl. Add nut butter, sweetner, and milk powder. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until banana starts to really bubble. Stir to blend. If the mixture is too dry, add soy milk. Enjoy! This is my favorite midnight snack!
- 1 banana heaping tablespoon of vegan maple syrup or brown rice syrup 2 great big tablespoon peanut butter or soynut butter (Health trip is best) a scoop of powdered vegan soymilk
