Directions

Put banana and dates in blender. Add a small amount of rice milk and blend for 1 minute. Add remainder of milk and blend for 1 more minute. Drink up! This liquid breakfast is healthy and delicious. Try experimenting with different fruits.

  • 1 Banana 2-3 Medjool Dates (or any kind)
  • pits removed 1 to 1 1/2 cups Rice Milk
