Berry Surprise Recipe

Directions
Put berries in the freezer at least an hour before use. Take them out and put in blender.
Cream until there are only a few chunks. Add drained, dry tofu and soy milk. Blend until
creamy. Add syrup aprox. 1 min before you're done blending. Serve cold consume as soon
as possible. Do not save left overs because it will lose lot of flavor. Great for
parties and get togethers. Make a good, healthy impression on the right people.
Ingredients
- Tofu
- firm
- 1 cup strawberries
- blueberries
- rasberries
- any kind of berry
- 1.5 cups vegan soymilk
- 2 tablespoon flavored syrup
