Black Mustard Cabbage Recipe

Directions
Heat oil and cook onion slices over medium-high heat, stirring until just beginning to brown. Add mustard seeds, garlic and ginger and cook, stirring for 1-2 mins. Add cabbage, salt and hot sauce (if used). Stir over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or oil of your choice) 1 large onion
- roughly sliced 1 teaspoon black vegan mustard seeds 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic 1 teaspoon fresh shredded ginger 1/2 small to medium-sized white cabbage
- cut into 1/4" shreds 1 teaspoon salt
- or to taste few drops hot sauce (optional)
