Carrot Cake Vi Recipe

Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs and oil and mix in mixer. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Mix together and spread on cake.

- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. soda
- 4 eggs
- unbeaten
- 3 c. carrots
- shredded
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. walnuts
- --FROSTING:--
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
