Directions
Combine 1 cup cinnamon with 3/4 cup applesauce to form a stiff dough (adding additional applesauce if necessary). Roll out dough - 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Make hole for ribbon (optional). Carefully place on wire rack to dry. Let air dry for several days, turning over occasionally.
