Directions
Place soy milk in blender and at low speed, add dates, one at a timeuntil the dates are completely pulverized. Add frozen banana chunks,one at a time until you achieve the consistency you like. Add maplesyrup and spices. Serve immediately!I like to pour this into a bowl, freeze it slightly, and eat it witha spoon. Yum!!!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy (unsweetened) or rice milk 1 frozen banana (peeled and cut into chunks before frozen) 6 dates (Medjool variety are best) 1 tablespoon of vegan maple syrup or other sweetener dash of nutmeg and cinnamon (optional)
