Delicious Citrus Shake Recipe

Directions
Simply combine the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. This shake is absolutely delicious....it manages to have a really creamy texture without any sort of dairy or soy product. I make them for breakfast, lunch, snacks...and it's a great way to get kids to eat fruit.
Ingredients
- One small can (or half-cup fresh) crushed pineapple half a can of juice-sweeted fruit cocktail 1/3 cup of orange juice 1/4 cup grapefruit or pineapple juice (frozen concentrate is fine) 6-7 ice cubes 2 Tablespoons water
