Easy, Quick Iron-packed Brown Rice Hot Cereal Recipe

Directions
1. Put rice into a microwave-safe bowl or, if you don't use a microwave, a small pot.2. Add raisins, soymilk and blackstrap molasses.3. a) If using microwave, zap on high for about forty seconds or to the temperature you prefer. b) If using the stove, heat up all ingredients on medium heat until warm.4) Remove from heat/microwave and let cool a little bit. 5. Enjoy!***Note: This is not a sweet hot cereal. Add sweetener if desired.***

- 0.5 cup brown rice (leftover or fresh) 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses 1.5 teaspoon raisins Tiny bit of vegan soymilk (just enough to wet the rice down a little)
