Directions
This is called Teaspoon Hot Sauce for obviousreasons. Measure everything in teaspoonmeasurements. It is really easy to makeyour own hot sauce, just use an emptybottle from previously store-bought hot sauceto put your own in.*For milder sauce, use 3 teaspoons of hot pepperpowder.**For Hot sauce, use 4 teaspoons of cayennepepper, or 3 teaspoon of cayenne and 1 teaspoonchipotle powder. Just work with it. If youhave a favorite smoked pepper powder, usethat.***For extra hot sauce, use 5 teaspoon ofwhatever you want---but be forewarned---itgets hotter the longer it sits. Many dayslater you may have a fire on your hands inthe shape of a bottle of hot sauce. As for the garlic, salt, and vinegar, you canuse more or less, to taste. I found themeasurements above to be just aboutperfect. If you want your sauce thicker, useless water/vinegar.You can also add lime juice, or peach, orwhatever kind of fruit flavor you want--bythe teaspoon, of course, until you have the rightmix.
