Warning - this stuff is addictive,which is fine if you're trying to put some fat onyour skinny boyfriend :)Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fittinglid. Shake gently until mixed. The longer youshake, the thicker it will get. Add water toreceive desired consistency (water also dilutesflavor, so try not to shake it more than youneed to).It's also good as a dip if you shake ita lot.This is my version of a store bought dressing. You may need to play slightly withthe proportions since I don't measure.
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoon tahini 2 tablespoon cider vinegar 1/2 tablespoon tamari 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 clove garlic
- pressed pinch salt 1 teaspoon parsley
- chopped 1 teaspoon chives
- chopped water as desired
