Grilled Pineapple W/ Lime Butter Recipe

Directions
Heat grill. Melt butter (or margarine) in small saucepan over medium heat. In small bowl combine cornstarch, lime peel, lime juice, ginger, and honey. Add to butter in saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil and thickens, stirring constantly. When ready to barbecue, place pineapple on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once and brushing frequently with lime butter mixture.

- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tbs corn starch
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 large pineapple
- cut into 6 slices
- rind removed
