Directions
Brown ground beef, drain and reserve. Cook bacon. Saut? onion and green pepper in bacon drippings; drain. Mix all ingredients well and transfer to 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake in 350? F. oven for 30 minutes. Serve with salad and cornbread.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- diced
- 1 onion
- chopped
- 1 green pepper
- chopped
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 can (16oz) baked beans (preferably B&M brand)
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- salt to taste
