Directions


Put all ingredients into a blender (add ice last) and
blend untill smooth. It tastes especially good with
lots of cinnamon!! Variation: add barley malt instead
of syrup. One fresh peach tastes is a delicious
addition, as well.
Great for a breakfast or for an after-dinner treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 bananna (add 2 if you like bananas!!)
  • 1 cup frozen rasberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • fruit juice (I prefer orange-carrot VRUIT)
  • vanilla
  • cinnamon to taste
  • a bit of rice syrup
  • vegan maple syrup (or any other liquidy sweetener))
  • 2-3 ice cubes
