Jessicas Vegan Bolognaise Sauce Recipe

Directions
Place dried soya mince in a bowl and cover with boiling
water. Leave to soak for 1 minute, drain and put aside.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and
carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the prepared soya
mince, tomatoes, stock, herbs, yeast extract and simmer for
20-25 minutes. Transfer to a warm serving plate and serve
with spaghetti.

- tinned tomatoes
- 1 tin
- vegetable stock
- 75 ml
- fresh bazil (Bart Spices)
- 1 teaspoon
- fresh Mediterranean herbs (Bart Spices)
- 1/2 teaspoon
- yeast extract
- 1 teaspoon
