Kristin's Chili Bow Tie Delight Recipe

Directions
Bring two quarts water to a boil. Add olive oil,stir.Fold in bow ties. Watch and stir ( approximately 9-11 minutes) until just firmand not to soft.Drain, BUT DO NOT RINSE!Add entire can Italian diced spiced tomatoes and stir one minute.Add remaining contents and stir for two minutes.**Optional: Five pinches shredded soy cheddar cheese (type-your choice)Serve with vegan bread and favorite beverage and ENJOY!!!!

- 16 ounces wheat seminola bow ties 1 teaspoon of double virgin olive oil 1 pinch of rosemary 1 pinch of red cayenne pepper 1 10.5oz can hot chili beans in sauce 1 10.5oz can Italian diced spiced tomatoes 1 10.5oz can whole tomatoes (non spiced)
