Light Veggie Soup Recipe

Directions
Serves 5.
Simmer onions and celery with olive oil in large pot. Add water,
potatoes, carrots and floweretts. Boil till tender. Season to taste.
Ingredients
- 3 large chopped onions
- 3 chopped arms of celery
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 7 cups of water
- 6 chopped carrots
- 5 cubed potatoes
- 20 small califlower floweretts
- bazil
- salt
