Directions
If the batter is too thick add more water (soymilk), if to thin add more flour. Mix and
drop on a hot griddle or fry pan to the size you like. Top with your favorite toppings.
My kids LOVE this and it's very quick and easy. I usually times the ingredients by 5 and
thats enough to feed the kids with and have some left for another meal or to freeze.
Makes a quick meal anytime.
Ingredients
- 1 egg replacement equivalent
- 1/2 water or vegan soymilk
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup wheat
- barley or rye
