Minted Mashed Peas Recipe

Directions
Soak the peas for 2 hours.
Drain the peas and place in a pan with 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until the mixture is tender and thickened.
Stir in the salt, vinegar and mint sauce, and season to taste. Serve warm.

- 1 tsp sea salt 4 tbsp malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp mint sauce
- ground black pepper
