Moms Pizza Sandwich Recipe

Directions
There are 2 ways to prepare these sandwiches:
1. Put pizza sauce, cheese substitute, and veggies on
bread (just like a sandwich), wrap in paper towel (or just
place on plate) and microwave one minute (or until
cooked).
2. Cook in sandwich maker until done.
This is also a good recipe when you're camping. Serves
as many as you have ingredients for.
Preparation time: 15 min for single serving. Prep time included
Ingredients
- vegan pizza sauce (tomato sauce + oregano and whatever else you like)
- your favorite cheese substitute
- your favorite pizza veggies
- vegan bread
