My Farm Ginger Buckwheat Waffles Recipe

Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat
together well. Bake on hot greased
waffle iron about 5 or 7 minutes.
Serve warm with vegan syrup or cold with nut
butter and jam.
Ingredients
- 2 cups dark buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- grated rind and juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoon powdered ginger
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
