Directions
Mix all together to form a stiff dough. Roll out 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with favorite cookie cutters. Make hole with straw for ribbon. Carefully put on rack to dry. Let air dry several days, turning occasionally.

- 3/4 to 1 c. applesauce
- 1 (4.12 oz.) bottle ground cinnamon
