Open-faced Tomato Toasts Recipe

Directions
* Toast your 2 slices of vegan bread in a
toaster.
* Spread a small amount of margarine
on each piece of vegan bread.
* Sprinkle nutritional yeast flakes on
top of melted margarine (it will
absorb a little bit and help keep the
flakes on the vegan bread).
* Put the tomato slices in a single
layer on top.
*Sprinkle with a dash of salt and
pepper.
*Enjoy!
I don't like sweet things for
breakfast, so this makes a good,
simple, savory breakfast for me, but
you could eat it any time of day.
Yummy!

- non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 small thinly sliced tomato
- salt and pepper
