Orange Chiffon Pie Recipe

Directions
* Blend tofu, sweetner, concentrate, zest and salt until
smooth (I would say the consistency a little thicker than
pancake mix)
* Place in bowl and fold in egg white substitute
* Carefully fold in orange sections
* Pour into baked pie shell, and bake for 1 hour at 325
* Chill.
* Serve with orange slices on top (optional)
Ingredients
- 1 pound soft Tofu
- 1/2 cup Sweetner (maple syrup is best)
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoon orange zest (grated orange peel
- organic of course)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- preferred substitute for two egg whites
- 1 orange cut into sections or 1/2 cup mandarin oranges.
- Use another 1/2 cup for decoration if so desired
- baked pie shell (check ingredients)
