Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
In saucepan, heat hummus and olive oil and stir
till blended. Add milk, garlic, pepper and
steak strips. Heat through and toss with pasta.
This is an extremely easy and versatile recipe.
You can change the hummus flavor, use fresh or
dried garlic, or alter the proportions according
to personal taste. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
- 8 oz. angel hair cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup scallion hummus
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain vegan soymilk
- Lightlife "steak" strips
