Peach Sorbet RecipeTagged in Vegetarian
Put all ingretients into blender and blend until the
desired sobet consistency is reached. Serve Imediately.
This recipe is also great with some frozen strawberries or
blueberries. The way I make it is by buying fresh peaches,
boiling them for about a minute, peeling the skins off,
cutting them into quarters, and freezing the peaches with
the juice. The sorbet tastes best when you freeze the
peaches fresh this way.
- About 1/2 cup frozen peaches doesn't have to be exact at all
- about 2 tablespoon vegan maple syrup (to taste)
