- blanced and cut into 1?)
- 1 big red onion (sliced into rings)
- ?-teaspoon table salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1-teaspoon black pepper (freshly grounded)
- 1-teaspoon minced garlic
- 2-cups vinegar
