Directions


Crush as much garlic as you like into a tablespoon or two
of olive oil, and grind in pepper to taste. Brush this on
top of each mushroom and broil them for a few minutes, or
until they look done. Slap onto a bun and go crazy with
the fixings!
Preparation time: 15 mins

  • One portobello mushroom per burger
  • destemmed and cleaned
  • Olive oil
  • Crushed garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Your favourite burger fixings (bun
  • vegan mustard
  • onions...)
