Directions
Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 325 degrees until top does not dent in when touched, about 35 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. oil (scant)
- Add to above: 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. apples
- diced
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts
