Directions

Heat 1 tbsp oil in 9 inch skillet and saute pork over high heat until it begins to brown. Sprinkle sugar and 3 tsp soy sauce over meat, cooking and stirring for 1 minute; add ginger and cook 2 more minutes. Place meat on plate and keep warm. In same skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil until hot. Add vegetables and stir fry 3 minutes.

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 oz. boneless pork
  • thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tsp. soy sauce
  • divided
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • grated
  • 1 sm. yellow squash
  • sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 sm. onion
  • sliced
