• 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons olive oil (1 tablespoon)
• 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons honey (1 tablespoon)
• 2 cups semolina flour (1 1/3 cups)
• 2 cups bread flour (1 1/3 cups)
• 2 teaspoons salt (1 1/4 teaspoons)
• 4 heaping teaspoons Italian seasoning (1 tablespoon)
• 2 teaspoons yeast (1 1/2 teaspoons)
