Turkey Burgers Recipe

Directions
Heat barbecue grill to medium. Tear bread into small pieces; place in medium bowl, add milk and soak 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 4 1-inch thick patties. Coat patties with nonstick cooking spray. Grill 6 to 10 minutes per side or until done. (adapted from Woman?s Day)

- 1/3 cup 1% milk
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- nonstick cooking spray
