Vegan Bean "quesadilla" Recipe

Directions
Spread the beans on the flour tortilla. Then spread the taco
bell sauce over the beans. Fold the tortilla in half, making
it look like a quesedilla like dish. Heat a skillet on a
medium temperature, melt the soy margarine. Place the
"quesadilla" on the skillet, flip over when a golden-
yellowish color. Finished when both sides are a golden-
yellowish color.
Ingredients
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1 package of mild taco bell sauce (or any sauce you prefer)
- 1/2 cup of canned vegetarian refried beans
- 2 teaspoons of soy non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
