Vegan Mexican Pizza Bread Recipe

Directions
Just throw it all in according to your machine's
instructions. If you're using the sour cream substitute, I
would use a little less flour. Also, if you're using the
soy milk, don't forget to add it to the water before you put
the flour in. This recipe is really, really
good...especially as toast.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoon vegan sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoon taco seasoning (in those little packets-I usually just
- throw the whole thing in)
- 3 or 4 tablespoon chunky slasa
- 1/2 cup "Sour Supreme" (Toffutti) or (vegan soymilk with 1 teaspoon vinegar)
- 3 tablespoon or more chopped fresh cilantro (depending on how much you like)
- 3 2/3 cups bread flour (white)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
