Zucchini Chocolate Cake Recipe

Directions
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk; mix. Add dry ingredients and zucchini. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/3 cup nuts. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

- 1 1/2 c. margarine or 1/2 c. oil
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. zucchini
- shredded
