Cheese drop biscuits


Ingredients

2 cup Flour
4 tbsp Butter
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
6 tbsp Cheese, ground


Directions
  1. Sift flour, salt, baking powder together.
  2. Chop in butter.
  3. Add enough milk to make up soft.
  4. Add cheese.
  5. Drop on buttered baking tin.
  6. Note: no baking time or temperature is given.
  7. Suggest moderate 400°F oven, 10 - 20 minutes.
