Mexican mocha float


Ingredients

2 tsp Hot water
3 1/2 cup Milk
1/3 cup Chocolate syrup
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream


Directions
  1. Advance preparation: dissolve instant coffee in the hot water; add milk, chocolate syrup, sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir to blend.
  3. Chill.
  4. Before serving: beat with rotary beater till foamy.
  5. Place two scoops of ice cream in each of 6 glasses; fill with milk mixture.
  6. Serves
